What is The Dukan Diet?

The Dukan Diet is a 4 phase healthy weight loss plan based on 100 lowfat proteins and non-starchy vegetables of which you may "EAT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE".

The Attack phase is a short and lightening-fast start to the diet lasting 2-7 days. You will eat 68 high-protein foods in unlimited amounts that produces immediate and noticeable weight loss.


The Cruise phase adds 38 vegetables, alternating pure protein and protein + vegetable days until you reach your True Weight. You will average a 2 lb. loss every week.


The Consolidation phase lasts 5 days for each pound lost - adding back bread, cheese and fruit and a weekly "celebration meal". This prevents rebound weight gain and upon completion you keep the weight off forever!
